Check with your insurance company. Your items/vehicles/boats are stored at your own risk. You are responsible for insurance of your goods whilst they are being stored. You may be required to take out specific and separate insurance whilst your goods are being stored. Businesses need to check with their insurance company. We recommend you have insurance for the contents of your self storage unit.

We offer storage on a week by week basis and will refund any unused portion of storage rent which has been paid in advance, on a pro-rata weekly basis. As per agreement, 7 days notice in writing is required. You must notify us immediately if you have moved out of your self storage unit/container.

There is a significant discount offered if you would like to pay your storage fees annually, in advance. Please ask us.

You can have access to your storage unit/container 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. You will be given personal access to the compound.

You have your own key to your private storage bay, and you are the only person who is able to access it. The caretaker holds a spare key, but will not access your storage bay except in emergency situations, or for certain routine matters that would be communicated to you in advance of entry.

You put your own lock on the storage container. Only you hold the keys therefore you control who has access to your container.

The private storage bays have a 5m x 5m roller door which allow very large trailer boats, machinery or trucks to be stored. A single bay may fit a caravan, plus a small boat. Alternatively, you may share a bay with a friend and store 2 small to medium sized boats. The bays can be used for storage of an endless list of vehicles or items.

Yes, by prior arrangement, we have a concrete area available where you may use fresh tank water to wash your boat/vehicle.

We have a large dam on the property, accessed by a concrete boat ramp, where you may unload your boat in order to do trailer maintenance.

The private storage bays have LED lighting and power. Your storage rental includes use of the power for an CTEK battery charger (or similar) for your boat/vehicle. An additional power charge may apply if you want to use the power for other appliances, such as freezers, etc.

We have a fish cleaning area, with fresh running water. You are welcome to use this at your leisure, however, we ask that you take your fish scraps with you.
